Coaching

I help leaders elevate their skills to take action and make decisions that enable their organization to be successful. My approach includes a customized individual development plan that is aligned with organizational strategies and focused on experiential learning. I will help shift perspective and uncover blind spots that may be in the way. Sometimes leaders fail because they lack the emotional intelligence to form productive relationships and partnerships. I help leaders increase their emotional intelligence which increases their effectiveness. Through practice and intention clients benefit from improved skills that are sustained over time. I have experience coaching at all levels of leadership, including C-Suite executives.
