Len combines his 25 years’ experience in business with his background as a Theater Professional to provide a unique perspective on communication skills: Speaking, Facilitation, and Listening.
Len has helped hundreds of business leaders dramatically boost their speaking prowess to win deals, to call colleagues to action and to inspire their teams.
Len has saved companies time and money by teaching them how to facilitate meetings that get more done, in less time, with more buy in.
Len trains individuals to listen closely and to connect with clients and colleagues.
Before starting his company, Dramatic Difference, Len was Associate Director of the Cincinnati Playhouse, a professional regional theater. He was also an Assistant Professor at Wright State University, and Chair of the Theater Department at Earlham College.
